What it covers

• Parties: sockite / LmBox (lmbox Bridge) and you as the buyer.
• Products: membership (VIP) and caps (virtual credits), per prices shown at checkout.
• Channels: Alipay, WeChat Pay, Taobao or other shop channels, and App / client flows when available.
• Fulfillment: after successful payment, entitlements are granted by auto-activation, account credit, or redemption codes.
• Refunds: handled case-by-case under product rules and applicable law; virtual goods are often non-refundable once activated, except where required by law or our error (e.g. verified failure to deliver).
• Do not stack claims beyond what the product pages and this agreement state.
